Australia’s Modern Slavery Act

The Australian government announced that it will introduce a Modern Slavery Act to Parliament later this year. Stricter than the UK’s Modern Slavery Act, Australia’s will force more than 3,000 businesses to monitor and disclose what they are doing to eradicate modern slavery from their supply chains.
