Import of Items Produced Using Forced Labour held by U.S. Government

U.S. Government holds imports of items believed to have been produced with forced labour by companies based in Brazil, China and Malaysia. The government will also detain gold from eastern Congo and diamonds from a region in Zimbabwe at U.S. ports of entry  pending further investigation.
