Eleanor is the Managing Director of HACE, a data start-up analysing the cross-sectoral factors affecting child labour. Eleanor has worked for NGOs in London and Copenhagen, advocating for the end of child labour in cotton production. She also lived in Florence, where she held director-level roles in the education and corporate sectors, before returning to the UK as a strategic consultant in Early Childhood Education. Eleanor is passionate about cognitive development of children, effects on future health as a result of child labour and how the analysis of basic needs data might provide meaningful insights into the future of child labour.
