Felipe Chaparro is Director of the Pilares project at Pact. Felipe has more than 20 years of experience in program/project management, leading teams, grant management acquisition and compliance, strategy development and coaching for performance with international development and humanitarian organizations, as well as in the government and private sectors. He holds a Master of Business Administration in leadership and sustainability, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a certified project management coach. Felipe has experience leading project teams in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, Eastern Europe and Canada.
