Hephzibah Sunder serves as Head, Research and Learning at IJM Chennai. She has been with IJM for over 14 years and has led several capacity building and advocacy initiatives to address the issue of bonded labour in Tamil Nadu. In her current role, she oversees the role of research as a strategy in combating bonded labour.
