Laura Cortés is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Pilares project at Pact. Laura has more than nine years of experience in international cooperation projects with USAID, USDOL and European funds, mainly in M&E planning, designing, and implementation of USDOL projects focused on child labor in Colombia. She has a Master of Business Administration, a Public and Private Project Design and Evaluation specialization (English and Spanish) and a Bachelor’s Degree in international business.
