Program Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean, Pact

Sara Arredondo is a Program Officer for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) at Pact, where she supports the organization’s Colombia portfolio. Sara has worked in the LAC region as an international development program manager, investigative researcher and civil servant for more than seven years. She holds a Master’s degree in international affairs from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Tijuana, Mexico.
