Vivek Soundararajan is an Associate Professor at School of Management, University of Bath. His research explores the ways by which businesses, through their global supply chains, can contribute to social, environmental and economic sustainability, and create value for stakeholders. Under this broad theme, he conducts research on labour exploitation, labour governance, environmental governance, multi-stakeholder initiatives, oppression in organizations and fringe stakeholder value creation.
