Call for Survivor Review
Delta 8.7, the Alliance 8.7 Knowledge Platform, on the tail end of a yearlong process of preparing three domain-specific policy Guide drafts (Crisis, Justice, Markets), would like to invite survivors of modern slavery who are researchers, academics, practitioners and/or work on policy development or implementation to provide us with their feedback. Selected survivors will receive a modest honorarium of USD 150 per policy guide reviewed for up to USD 450 for all three.
If you wish to review the policy guides and apply for an honorarium, please contact email@example.com by 22 January 2021, note which guide (or guides) you want to review and include your CV.
Upon selection of survivor experts as reviewers, Delta 8.7 will organize a short orientation meeting to introduce the policy guides and outline the review process. Feedback will be elicited from late January through mid-February. Experts will have one of three ways to respond to the Policy Guide drafts:
- Fill in a feedback form provided by Delta 8.7 that sets out specific questions and offers opportunities for open-ended response on the utility of the guides;
- Write an open-ended 300-500-word review;
- Organize a meeting with Delta 8.7 to virtually review your feedback on the documents.
Reviews may be made publicly available on the Delta 8.7 website. Reviewers have the option to request that their name not be included with citations of their review. For more information on the Policy Guide process, please consult the Policy Guide Concept Note and the Policy Guide page.
